ORIGENTLE Photoresist / Emulsion

ORIGENTLE Two-Component (Diazo) Photoresist

Main Ingredients: Two-component system (blue emulsion base + diazo photosensitizer), film-forming PVA/PVAC system, environmentally friendly, water-developable.

Classifications: Solvent-resistant type (for solvent-based inks), water-resistant type (for water-based inks), and dual-purpose type (for both solvent and water-based inks).

Key Features: High resolution, broad exposure latitude, high printing durability (tens of thousands of impressions), easy stencil removal and reclaiming. Suitable for fine halftone dots and fine lines.

Applications: Screen printing stencil making, covering textile printing, advertising signage, PCB, ceramics, glass, etc.

ORIGENTLE One-Component (Non-Diazo) Photoresist

Main Ingredients: Single-component PVA-SBQ photopolymerization system (pre-sensitized, no photosensitizer mixing required), blue emulsion appearance, environmentally friendly, water-developable.

Classifications: Solvent-resistant type (for solvent-based and UV inks), water-resistant type (for water-based inks), and thick-film special type (200–300μm).

Key Features: Fast exposure (1/3 to 1/5 of diazo exposure time), high resolution, printing durability of tens of thousands of impressions, good storage stability (1 year at room temperature), leftover emulsion can be recycled.

Key Applications: PCB, advertising signage, garment printing, ceramic/glass precision printing, suitable for fine line work and thick-film requirements.
